Managed services

MWC Partners’ managed services run the software, hardware and networks of retail estates to deliver high system availability, performance, security and redundancy.

Our managed service provision includes the management either of software run as a service (SaaS), with software hosted in the cloud on dedicated servers at your premises or by a third party, or the management of conventional software deployments, whether run on-premise or hosted by MWC Partners.

At the core of the service is the pro-active monitoring and management of our clients’ retail systems – including system processes, interface and alert monitoring, transaction processing, system communication, database and device management.

Escalation and reporting is managed comprehensively. Priority 1 issues are escalated immediately, followed by daily, weekly and/or monthly updates of issues encountered, actions taken, supported with recommendations for resolution.

The service includes deployment and management of software updates, data recovery, application configuration and backup.
